Terms of Use
These terms are the ground rules for using Four Tables. They are written to be readable: the game is free, it involves no real money, and we ask you to use it fairly.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using hitmejack.com (the “Site”), operated by Four Tables (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who may use the Site
The Site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use it. Because the game imitates a casino card game, please do not use the Site if you are under that age or if playing even simulated card games is prohibited where you are.
3. What Four Tables is
Four Tables is a free entertainment and practice game. It is not gambling. There are no wagers, deposits, withdrawals, chips with monetary value, prizes or rewards of any kind, and nothing you win or lose here has any real-world value. Results are random and do not predict, or imply anything about, results in real gambling. We do not offer gambling services and do not link to or promote real-money gambling.
4. Using the Site
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell or republish the Site's code, design or text, except as the law allows;
- scrape, crawl or use bots or automated tools in a way that burdens or disrupts the Site;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with or reverse-engineer the Site or its hosting systems, except as the law allows;
- use the Site, or what you learn from it, to operate, advertise or facilitate real-money gambling;
- use the Site in violation of any applicable law, or in any way that could harm others.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, including its code, design, layout, text and the “Four Tables” name, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other laws. Third-party typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Other names and trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners, and their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
6. Advertising and third-party content
The Site may display advertisements and may link to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse third-party ads, products, services or websites and are not responsible for them. Your dealings with any third party are between you and them.
7. Educational content
Articles and charts on the Site are provided for general information and entertainment. They are not gambling, financial, legal or professional advice, and they do not guarantee any outcome. Please read our Disclaimer.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. The Site is provided free of charge and we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Your stats are stored in your browser and may be lost if you clear your browser data or change device.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the country where you live. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
13. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Site.
